This extraordinary home was packed. In their will, the late owners requested that everything be liquidated or donated. After the estate liquidator sold what they could, we stepped in to handle the rest—hauling all remaining items to [Specific Charity] and giving the entire house a professional, top-to-bottom clean. Working closely with the family’s executor, we helped honor their final wishes. In the end, more than $100,000 worth of items were donated and repurposed.
Working with Dave was a blast—he’s a funny guy and was great to work with. He was ready to downsize but had the huge task of clearing out his whole house so the realtor could stage it and take photos. We knocked out the cleanout of this 2,500 sq. ft. home in just one day, donating over $20,000 worth of items and hauling away the rest. What started as a big stress for Dave turned into a simple, hands-off process.
The homeowner wanted to revamp their garage with fresh floors and paint. We worked side by side with Denise to sort everything—deciding what to keep, what could be donated, and what needed to be disposed of. Once sorted, we hauled away all donations and trash, leaving behind a completely empty, broom-swept garage ready for painting. The entire project was completed in under an hour.
